Welcome to Koh Kood Divers! Koh Kood’s number one choice for your diving adventures. Here at Koh Kood Divers we offer our guests a relaxed and hassle free atmosphere for fantastic diving and heaps of fun. Either you are experienced fun divers, beginners or just curious as to what diving is all about, we can cater to your every need.

We are a small padi dive center located in the main area in Koh Kood, Klong Chao next to Garden View resort on the way to the waterfall. Our booking office is open from 9 in the morning till 7 at night. Also, there will always be a friendly member of staff to help you with any questions you might have about snorkeling and diving. If you need any other information about the island we will help you with that as well. Also, we speak English, Dutch,German and French

Discover Scuba

Discover Scuba diving is 1 day SSI program that does not result in a certification, but can be credited as your first open water dive towards your open water certification.

Adventure

Would you like to develop and expand your dive skills? Build more confidence in the water? Under the guidance and supervision of a SSI dive Instructor, you will get a glimpse of different types of diving and underwater adventure that will allow you to enjoy even more wonders of the underwater world.

SSI Divemaster

Dive master is your first professional diver certification. It a challenging and rewarding course which will take 4-8 weeks to complete. Upon completion of the course you will be certified to lead certified scuba divers on dives and conduct certain SSI educational programs

Open Water

The SSI Open Water Diver course can be completed in 3 days and at completion results in a certification to dive to 18 meters anywhere in the world

Rescue Diver

Rescue diver is the most rewarding and challenging course of all the non-professional courses. You will spend 3 days learning skills to be prepared to help yourself in case of emergency and to help other divers.

Bubblemaker

The SSI Bubblemaker experience is a great way to introduce kids to scuba diving in a pool like conditions of less than 6ft/2metres of water. It’s fun easy and safe! Children don’t have to be amazing swimmers to take part in the Bubblemaker, but they should be comfortable in the water

Advanced

The advanced open water course can be done in 2 or 3 days and consists of 5 adventure dives. You will have to do two of these adventure dives, deep dive and navigation.

Emergency First Responder

You will learn how to respond when facing with the emergency situations. To be certified in Primary Care (CPR and rescue breathing) and Secondary Care (First Aid). Is reassuring and very valuable, not just for diving, but also in our daily lives. This course will teach you how to respond to emergency situations

SSI Junior Open Water

The SSI Junior Open Water Diver course can be completed in 3 days and at completion results in a certification to dive to 12 meter when you 10-11 years old. When you are 12 year you can dive to a depth of 18 meters anywhere in the world.

Set on the beautiful shores of Bang Bao Beach, Koh Kood Divers was founded by Bob and his son Jessie, who have both lived in Thailand and worked in the diving industry for many years. And together we have built Koh Kood Divers up from scratch. It has long been our dream to set up a small dive school dedicated to good customer service, with a friendly and relaxed approach to learning.

Koh Kood Divers is our realization of this dream. We strive to make our customers as happy and comfortable as possible during their time with us. Flexibility is key, and here at Koh Kood Divers we understand that as well as diving. You are also here on holiday. Courses can be tailored to fit around your schedule. So there is no stress if you would like to take a little longer to complete your training. We can even come to your resort or accommodation for theory lessons if it suits you better.

FOUNDER & PADI INSTRUCTOR

Bob can teach in English, Spanish, Dutch, French and German. He founded Koh Kood Divers in 2008.

BOB KOSTEN

CO-OWNER & SSI & PADI INSTRUCTOR

Jessie can teach in German, Dutch and English. He joined Bob one year after the opening of Koh Kood Divers.
